Anyone who was following the vote tallying proceedings at Bomas of Kenya on August 4 would have been hard- pressed not to have noticed the prominent position APSEA had been accorded in the midst of dignitaries and leading organizations.

This was a testament to the major role the organization had played in the run up to the referendum and this integral role by APSEA will continue even throughout the entire implementation process of the New Constitution.
