|Annan meets Kenya principals|

Chief mediator Kofi Annan is in a meeting with President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Mr Annan, who is in Kenya to review progress of reforms, went into the Harambee House meeting with the principals at 10 a.m.
The meeting comes a day before the former UN secretary-general, who also chairs the Panel of Eminent African Personalities, opens a two-day conference at the Crowne Plaza, Nairobi.
International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo will be the guest speaker during one of the sessions of the Kenya National Dialogue and Reconciliation: Two Years on: Where are we?
Prime Minister Raila Odinga is also expected to address the conference.
Other speakers include Lands minister James Orengo, the chairman of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee Abdikadir Mohamed, the Interim Independent Electoral Commission chair Issack Hassan and former Committee of Experts vice-chair Atsango Chesoni.
On Tuesday, Mr Annan held day-long meetings with key players in the reform process at the Serena Hotel, Nairobi.
He first met US undersecretary Maria Otero before having talks with various diplomats.
