THE APSEA CONSTITUTION IMPLEMENTATION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (ACIOC) Convenor; Mrs Irene Wanyoike

The key objective of the committee is to monitor and coordinate engagement in the implementation of Kenya’s Constitution on an ongoing basis. In an effort to achieve the stated objectives ACIOC carries out the following activities; to facilitate effective participation of APSEA members in the CIC organized stakeholder forums for the Implementation of the Constitution; to facilitate the provision of views to the CIC and other stakeholder forums from the professionals in the Counties; to facilitate county professionals consultative forums on the Implementation of the Constitution to arrive at County Professionals views for presentation to the CIC and other stakeholders; to support arbitration processes whenever disputes arise in the constitution implementation process
