The Association also has a Secretariat based at the Professional Centre on Parliament Road composed of a Administrator/Programmes Officer, Programmes Assistant, Administrative Assistant, a Front Office/Membership Officer, Office Assistants and the Hygiene Assistant.

 
Nicanor Sabula

 
Nicanor joined APSEA in February 2007 as a Programmes Officer. In August of the same year, he was promoted to the position of the Administrator and Head of the Secretariat. A BSc. (Environmental Science) graduate from Egerton University, Nicanor has a wide experience in project management having previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at the International Council of African Museums (AFRICOM) and as an Interactive Public Education facilitator at the National Museums of Kenya's Interactive Public Programmes Project (IPPP).
He has previously managed a Governance and Democracy Project , an Ethics and Integrity Programme in Eastern Africa and an Agro - Forestry Project funded by the World Agro - Forestry Centre.

His hobbies include going out for picnics, camping and nature trail walks, spending time with the less fortunate and participating in environmental awareness activities.

Nicanor fluently speaks and writes in English, Swahili and French. He is married with two children, a boy and a girl.

Purity Koskei- Administrative Assistant

Purity joined APSEA in March of 2008 as a Front Office/Membership Officer with basic training in public administration and finance. She holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance with a keen perspective on handling financial skills gained with experience from various financial organizations in the course of her studies. Purity has a high competency in Foreign exchange, Financial Accounting, Management, Accounting and Administration.

Her hobbies are reading, swimming and traveling.

   



 

 

 

 
Joseph Ndung'u

Joseph has been with the Secretariat since 1996. His interests lie in soccer, music and travel. He has served as a caretaker, Office Messenger and general Security Officer. He is currently the Office Assistant


 

Grace W. Mungai

Grace has been with APSEA since 2003 and serves the Secretariat as the Hygiene Assistant
