The overall management of the Association is vested in the APSEA Council. The Council is composed of a representative and alternate member from each corporate member of APSEA and the appointment of the Officers. The Council meets quarterly at the ordinary Council meetings but may also meet on special cases at a special Council meeting. The role of the Council in the new
APSEA strategic plan is to continue offering leadership to the Association and also nurture continuity through the Officers.
