The management of the Association is vested in the Council which is
composed of representatives from the different corporate members, one
each and an alternate. The Council appoints Officers of the Council
who include the Chairman, Senior Vice Chairman, Second Vice Chairman,
Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer to run the day to day
business of the Association. They are supported by Convenors of various
committees who advice and assist in carrying out APSEA?s mandate.
APSEA also has the following committees: Professional Development and
Education Committee (PDEC); Professional Business Development Committee
(PBDC); Public Affairs Committee (PAC); Professional Resource Centre
Committee (PRCC), Professional Integrity and Ethics Committee (PIEC)and
the Kenya Professional Development Fund (KPDF).
The Association also has a Secretariat based at the Professional Centre
on Parliament Road composed of a Programmes Officer/ Administrator,
Programmes Assistant, Administrative Assistant and a Receptionist.
